Big overhauls to the blog layout.
- updated the home page to show a list of post titles, grouped by year. Edited microhook-post-list.html to do this.
- removed a lot of pages from my navigation
- created /slash to list all the slash pages not in my navigation
- added a message to the top of my homepage that links to my microblogs
