It was a gorgeous morning for a run. Thankfully, my earbuds died halfway through. I felt way more present hearing the gravel crunch under my feet while the birds chirped.
I love starting my Saturdays this way now. And I’m lucky to have these beautiful trails just a few minutes from home!
